Oumayma El Hamzaoui
ATTORNEY
Oumayma earned her J.D. degree from Campbell University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. Over the years, Oumayma has defended railroads in various types of lawsuits, ranging from personal injury actions brought by railroad employees to crossing accident fatalities. Additionally, she has defended various businesses in products liability actions, as well as premises liability actions, including slip and fall suits. Oumayma has also defended various employment law and constitutional law claims brought against municipalities. Oumayma is well-versed in toxic tort litigation, defending various corporations against occupational claims of exposure to substances such as diesel exhaust, asbestos, benzene, and solvents. She represents a wide array of clients in that capacity, including railroads and cooling tower manufacturers. In her free time, Oumayma enjoys playing tennis, watching Formula 1 races, and reading fiction.
